How to Find a Niche for Your Website?

I am thinking to set up another new website with a new theme. Finding a niche that is not so competitive on the Internet but is market-demanding is hard. This week I've been searching tips and resources for finding a niche for my new website. I found a couple of websites providing resourceful tips. They all share the common ideas on a list: your passion, your hobbies, your expertise, and things you want to know more about, and etc. Check the list below:
